Description
7 Steps Consult Coaching Skills
This workshop will be delivered remotely, you will need a device with good sound and a camera.
There will be two parts to the workshop, the morning session will cover the importance of seeing every consult as an opportunity to care, both remote and face-to-face. At the end of the morning session each delegate will be given words and phrases to practice. The afternoon session will look into the 7 Steps process.
Small group, maximum of 10 delegates – interactive style workshop.
