Call Coach is a unique telephone performance measurement tool, quantifying the service quality provided to clients by the practice over the phone.
This 3 month product allows Onswitch callers to call the practice within your opening times with a common enquiry and measure the client experience delivered at that time. The callers will never book an appointment or register so you don’t need to worry about missed appointments.
Once purchased, the Onswitch team will send you a form to sign off to give us permission to record and confirm the start date.
You will receive a report against our key parameters and the call recordings to hear what really happens when a client calls your practice.
After the 3 months complete, the Call Coach program can continue and is available for $230+gst per month.
